Notes on the Adelaida Cabernet Paso Robles 2003 : NVWE NOTES: Dark, jammy and slightly smoky, the aromas of this fine Cabernet are centered around Grenadine and rich ripe cherry, with vanilla and toffees in a close, but supporting role. On the palate it is juicy and full of cherry, Grenadine, orange peel, rich vanilla and darkly earthy flavors. The finish is lingering just as juicy as was hoped. This is a rich and satisfying Cabernet, balanced for rich meat entrees.
