BOMMARITO NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2005 Notes on the Bommarito Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 : NVWE NOTES: Darkly rich and full of fruit, this looks to be the best Bommarito Cab to date, with deep blackberry and dark cherry its main fruit themes and rich vanilla, baking spice and forest floor scents in strong support. In the mouth, it is just as flavor-packed as expected, delivering dark cherry, berry, vanilla and baking spice flavors, along with some pretty leather, forest earth and black tea notes in the background. The finish is lingering and supple and never less than rich, making it a lovely sipper, and this beautifully balanced Cab will prove as delicious with Roast chicken as it will be with steaks and wintry stews.
