CIMA COLLINA SAUVIGNON BLANC CEDAR LANE VINEYARD MONTEREY 2006 Notes on the Cima Collina Sauvignon Blanc Cedar Lane Vineyard Monterey 2006 : NVWE NOTES: This nose of this noteworthy Sauvignon Blanc strikes a keen balance between brightness and richness, as uniformly intense aromas of lime, kiwi and honeydew melon dominate its low-key mineral tones. Things are considerably more mineral-influenced on the palate, as flint, lime zest, kiwi, gooseberry and melon team up in a lingering, richly textured finish. A wine of fine refreshment and easy drinkability, but serious depth, it has the stuffing for seafood in rich sauces and other classic dishes. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, 332 cases produced.

WINEMAKER NOTES: The 2006 Cedar Lane Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by floral, tropical and grapefruit aromas and has a rich mouthfeel while maintaining a crisp, food-friendly acidity
