Notes on the Drinkward Peschon Entre Deux Meres Napa Valley Cabernet 2005 : NVWE NOTES: This wine has a darkly ripe personality, with blackberry jam, black fig, toast, hints of roast meat and coffee dominating a sandalwood, bouillon and forest floor background. It is round and plush and fun to sip, with flavors that parallel the aromas, and lots of rich body. The finish is dominated by berry, fig, sandalwood and forest floor spice and the wines sense of ultra-ripeness suggests that its best service will be with rich beef roasts. It should grow more elegant and less jammy over the next two years.
