Notes on the H. Billiot Fils Cuvee Laetitia Non Vintage Brut : NVWE NOTES: Wonderfully developed, aristocratically classy and deeply complex, the bouquet of this splendid Champagne offers scents of creme brulee, preserved lemon, pie crust, tarte tatin and flint-like mineral tones in a cuttingly balanced melange. It carries the same ultra generous yet razor-sharp impression to the palate, where the tarte tatiin, lemon, mineral and spiced apple notes keep it vibrant but still plush. The finish is mouth-coatingly creamy and ultra-long, with gorgeous creme brulee notes counter-pointing the lemon-mineral zest. It is a great Champagne, at its peak.
