NVWE NOTES: This is a fruit forward and attractively soft-edged Pinot Noir, with aromas of strawberry-rhubarb pie, red cherries, vanilla and hints of smoke and dried orange peel. It is very supple on the palate, where a genteel balance makes it both dinner-friendly and a fine sipper. The finish is quietly refreshing and lingers, as red plum, strawberry, dried orange, sweet smoke and hints of earthy spice create a fine fruit-savory contrast. Certainly a fine value, it is ready to drink.
