It is darkly fruity, slightly syrupy and very zesty on the palate, with a crisp, fully dry finish of vivid pomegranate, raspberry, pink peppercorn and mineral flavors. Perfectly balanced for food service, especially with spicy meat entrees, it may prove the perfect wine for pizza with Italian sausage. 1,860 cases produced.
