Notes on the One Acre Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Oak Knoll 2005 : NVWE NOTES: Sweet-natured and forthcoming, the aromas of this fine debut Cabernet are a focused mix of dark red cherry, red plum, sweet vanilla and tobacconist-shop spice. The flavors are just as appealing, with cherry and plum dominant over smoke, tobacco, vanilla and coffee toffee notes. The finish is long lasting and the texture is supple to the end, where the bright fruit holds true. It will be great with steaks and roasts, yet should not overpower roast chicken or pork. 225 cases produced.
