Notes on the Roederer Estate Sparkling Brut Anderson Valley Non Vintage : NVWE NOTES: Much the best example of this bottling in several years, this version of Roederer’s non vintage bubbly has delightful aromas that are slightly floral and slightly smoky and packed with rich expressions peaches and sweet breadcrust. It is round, soft and altogether satisfying on the palate, where fruit, biscuity spice, earth and a bit of caramel find a charming harmony. The finish is lingering and delicious, with a subtle sense of refreshment.

WINEMAKER NOTES: Roederer's winemaking style is based on ownership of its own vineyards and the addition of oak-aged reserve wines to each year's blend. Aged from one to three years, these special wines help create a multi-vintage cuvée in the traditional Roederer style, known for its body, finesse and depth of flavor.
