Notes on the Sierra Vista Sierra Foothills Fume Blanc 2006 : NVWE NOTES: Fresh, focused and immediately attractive, this wine offers aromas of rich melon, kiwi, honeysuckle and lime zest, balanced by drying mineral accents. In the mouth, it feels sleek, and shows palate-coating ripeness despite its crisp fruit acidity, while its melon, lemon and honeysuckle flavors linger with excellent clarity. A terrific companion to crab or sushi, it is a great summer refresher at a great price.
