NVWE NOTES: This fine wine is beautifully ripe and impressively rich to the nose, were sweet yellow peach, Crenshaw melon, apricot, honeysuckle and preserved lemon scents are all fully represented. Those Crenshaw melon, lemon and peach notes, along with a hint of clove, are dominant on the palate, where the flavor and impression of textural richness are even grander than the aromas suggested. The finish is long, exotically spicy and surprisingly dry after all the mid-palate richness. A beautiful sipper, its plush style will allow service with many full-flavored dishes.
