Plum sauce, mulberry, cherry pit and black raspberry flavors take center stage on the palate where jammy fruit and zest counterpoint complex savory flavors of kalamata olive, peppercorn, clove, five spice and dried herbs. It finishes fully dry but sweet-natured and generous and would prove a fine companion to blue cheese covered toast points, barbecued ribs or just good quality beef jerky. 900 cases produced.
