NVWE Notes: This pretty bubbly has an energetic mousse with elegantly small bubbles. The nose offers scents of biscuit, white peach and lemon cookie which dominate an undercurrent lemon curb and suggestions of red berries. Lemon cookie, fresh red apple skin and white peach notes come on strong on the palate and through a lingering finish where hints of dark minerality frame in the fruit.
