Shipping and Return Policy

Rates and Charges

The shipping rate for all products is based on shipping destination, weight, dimension and weather for Ground Direct service. Oversized or overweight packages might have additional charges. Some destinations require additional charges and handling due to weather conditions.

Expedited shipping via Air Service is available upon request (additional rates may apply).


Adult Signature Required

In accordance with California law, all wine deliveries require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested upon delivery to verify age.

If an adult (21+) is unavailable to accept the delivery, another delivery attempt will be made the following day. A maximum of three delivery attempts, including the initial delivery, will be made before the package is returned to our shop.


How orders are processed

Your credit card will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order.


Taxes

State tax will be added to all orders shipped to California. 


Notification of order

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed. Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please note that detailed point-to-point or in-transit updates may not be available for all shipments. Customers are responsible for monitoring the status of their shipment using the tracking information provided.


Out-of-State Shipping

Out-of-state orders are typically shipped every Wednesday, excluding holidays. While we make every effort to maintain this schedule, shipping dates may occasionally vary. 

If an adult (21+) is unavailable to accept the delivery, another delivery attempt will be made the following day. A maximum of three delivery attempts, including the initial delivery, will be made before the package is returned to our shop.


Pickup is an Option

If you live in or near our location and wish to pickup your order, please specify details on the form at checkout and we will notify you when your order is available for pickup.


Complimentary Local Delivery

Delivery is complimentary with no minmum purchase required throughout the City of San Francisco.

Delivery Schedule:

Complimentary local deliveries are available every Tuesday and Thursday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

For your convenience, you may request one of the following preferred delivery windows in the Order Notes during checkout:

·      11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

·      1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred delivery window, requests are subject to our delivery route and cannot be guaranteed.

Orders may be placed any day of the week and will be delivered according to the following schedule:

·      Orders placed on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

·      Orders placed Tuesday through Wednesday will be delivered on Thursday.

·      Orders placed Thursday through Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

While we make every effort to deliver within the scheduled delivery window, delivery times may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If an adult (21+) is unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, we will gladly redeliver your order on our next scheduled delivery day (Tuesday or Thursday).


Return Policy

Except in those cases where a shipment was received in damaged condition, all sales are final. Customers may report damaged shipments by contacting us directly within 2 days after delivery.
