This is is a splendid Sauvignon Blanc in all ways. The nose is a vibrant, focused medley of fresh tangerine zest, passion fruit, Crenshaw melon and stone fruit scents with subtly creamy undercurrents. These elements find potent expression on the palate, keeping brightness while finding length and charming harmony. It is never less than zesty, yet grows richer in character as the wine airs, and is best served with fish, fowl, pork or pasta in a tasty sauce at this stage, although it will prove a terrific sipper as well. 300 cases produced.
