Certainly the finest 2025 Rosé our staff has tasted thus far, this is an intense and beautify proportioned wine, memorable in all ways. The aromas are a forthcoming, focused panorama of fruit, with scents of white cherry, filled strawberry candy, pink peppercorn, rattan and nougat at center-stage. Everything seems grander-still on the palate, where textural richness and bright zest carry the promised flavors through a long and food-worth finish. If more than tasty already, it will likely be better yet in another six or twelve months.  A blend of 65% Grenache and 35% Mourvedre, 280 cases produced.
