Darkly fruity, with just a hint of gamey spice, the forthcoming nose of this already classy yet clearly age-worthy Syrah unfolds scents of black raspberry, dark sour cherry, bresaola, graphite, clove and toasted cedar in a youthful if slightly coiled harmony. It is notably flavorful if still clearly young-seeming on the palate, where long-lingering flavors of black raspberry, dark cherry, plum butter, bresaola, clove, hazelnut and graphite find an appealing balance.
