It is as firm and rich in the mouth, with good grip and a fleshy texture that gains energy from a hint of piquancy. All of these elements carry through a long finish where dark cherry and blueberry join the other expected flavors. A very fine dinner wine now, it is certain to be better in another 12-18 months. 150 cases produced.
