Rich in fruit, although still a hint youthfully reserved, the aromas of this fine Pinot are a ripe melange dominated by scents of Bing cherry and blueberry, these supported by suggestions of of blood orange, dark plum, licorice root, sweet vanilla, baking spice, mace and  a hint of cardamon. It is plump and slightly juicy on the palate, with a long, generous finish that unfolds as a slightly broader, more coiled replication of the aromas. Already a fine dinner companion, it should grow ever more so over the next twelve months or so.
