This is a terrific Albarino, authentic and brilliantly dinner-worthy. The aromas are vibrantly fresh, varietally on-target and focused on honeydew melon and lime zest, poised above  suggestions of green herbs, saline hints and flinty minerality. It proves as intensely fresh as expected yet it’s zest is harmoniously balanced by palate-coating fruitiness in the mouth, where lime, melon and mineral spice dance on the tongue. The finish is extremely long and the wine is full of flavor impact. Made from organic grapes, 66 cases produced.
